MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS
THURSDAY, MARCH 23, 2017
  
Attention all 10th, 11th, and 12th Grade Students:  We are looking for high school counselors to provide leadership and supervision for the sixth grade students at Camp Bernie.  This trip will take place Wednesday, May 31st to Friday, June 2nd.  Please keep in mind that if you play a spring sport you will miss those days.  Applications are located in the bins outside the main office.  Please submit your completed application to Mr. Cosgrove by April 3, 2017.
 
The G.S.A. meeting is today after school in the media center.  If you have any questions about G.S.A., please contact Melanie De La Cruz, Daniela Paulino, or Mr. Yeager.
 
All 2017-2018 Marching Band permission slips are due no later than Friday, March 24th.  If you want to be included in the drill, you must hand in your permission slip.
 
The Guidance Department will host a College Planning Night on Wednesday, March 29th at 7pm in the Little Theater.  The program will discuss finding best-fit colleges and provide an overview of the ACT and SAT.  Parents and students in grades 9-11 are encouraged to attend.
 
Are you looking for a part-time job?  The new Wegmans supermarket will be hiring for part-time positions.  Applicants must be at least 15 years old.  Come learn more about this exciting opportunity.  Representatives from Wegmans will be outside the Cafeteria on Wednesday, March 29th from 11:30 to 2:00pm.
 
All Marching Band members are to report to the Band Room in full uniform at 11:30am on Sunday, March 26th.  The bus for NYC leaves at noon.  Bring your heavy band raincoats.
 
The HS Jazz Band will rehearse Friday morning at 7:00am.  All must attend.

Today is Maker Monday in the Media Center!  Stop in for some Duct Tape Crafting.  Use different color duct tape to create a fun project.  Choose from 4 different projects. Duct tape and instructions will be supplied.
 
Attention all Junior and Seniors:  Please be aware that students of Park Ridge High School are not permitted to park behind the borough hall during the school day.  If you have been parking in that area, please accept this announcement as your only warning.  The borough hall will be contacting the police department to ticket illegally parked cars beginning this week.  Thank you for your cooperation.
 
Attention all Middle School Spring Athletic teams:  All practices will begin on Monday, March 27th.
 
Tomorrow there will be an Imprints meeting in room 9 at 2:45pm.  All members must attend.
