Please return Cap and gown money to Mrs. McIlhargy’s office or the main office by September, 29, 2017.  If you did not receive your form, please see Mrs. Nalesnik, Mrs. McIlhargy or Mrs. Galbo as soon as possible.  If you are buying a tassel only, the cost is $6.00 and the form still needs to be submitted.
 
Attention Freshman:  With the long weekend break, it is a perfect time to sell Yankee Candles.  Please remember to bring in your completed forms and money on Monday the 25th to Mrs. Washnik. 
 
There is a Marching Band Priority today from 3pm to 6pm.  All must attend.
 
The Marching Band will rehearse from 8am-1pm on Thursday and Friday.  Anyone with a religious obligation is excused.
 
Saturday, September 23rd all Marching Band members are to report in uniform at 2pm.  The bus for the Northern Highlands Competition leaves at 2:15pm sharp!  If you have a conflict, please see Mr. Popolizio immediately.
 
The Art Honor Society is a club that creates art for many causes.  Some projects in the past include:
          Painted Halloween murals for the town
          Created sculpture for the elementary school gardens
          Painted murals in the high school
We also plan on making a new “giving snowman” for the Interact Club.
If you are in grades 9-12 and interested in using your artistic talents for a cause, please join us after school in room 106 on Thursday, September 28th.
  
Attention all High School Yearbook Club members:  There is a yearbook club meeting Wednesday, September 27th at 7:15am in room 22A.  We will discuss Senior Celebrities, yearbook ads, spirit week and fall activities.  Please see Mrs. Carroll, Mrs. Strammiello, or Ms. Gebhardt with any questions.
 
The Interact/React Club is sponsoring a Red Cross Hurricane Summer Clothing Drive.  As the cooler weather is approaching and we are putting away our summer clothing, please think of the hurricane victims that are homeless and without clothing.  Please go through your wardrobe and donate what you can.  There is a box outside the main office for all donations.  The drive will end on October 1st.

Do you like to travel?  Meet new people?  Then come to an information meeting of the Park Ridge Exchange Club on Wednesday at 7:20am in room 23.  We are scheduled to go to California this year.  New and old members are welcome.
 
Cap and gown money should be returned to Mrs. McIlhargy’s office or the main office by September, 29, 2017.  Forms were handed out at the senior class meeting held on September 7th.  If you did not receive your form, please see Mrs. Nalesnik, Mrs. McIlhargy or Mrs. Galbo as soon as possible.  If you are buying a tassel only, the cost is $6.00 and the form still needs to be submitted.
 
The Middle School Talent Show meeting is after school today in room 302.  Bring all your talent ideas and we will create a great show.  See Madame Luce and Frau Erdmann for details!
 
It’s that time of year again…DECA Donuts will kick off today with warm apple cider donuts!  Donuts are one dollar each, and are for sale after school in front of the cafeteria.  Please stop by to enjoy a tasty treat and to support DECA!
 
Middle School Math Club has a meeting today at 2:45 in room 24.

Are you creative?  Do you think outside the box?  Are you looking to join a unique club and challenge yourself?  If you answered “YES” to any of these questions, come on Friday, September 15th at 7:15 to join Future Problem Solvers in room 206.  All sophomores, juniors and seniors are welcome.
